That flight you never took still owes you money.
Airlines hang on to the taxes and airport charges from unused tickets. Forward us the booking email and we go get them back, while you watch it happen from your dashboard.

Why travellers like us
A human checks every claim
Nothing goes to the airline until one of our team has looked at it and you have said yes.
Just forward one email
The booking confirmation is all we need. No inbox access, no forms, no digging for ticket numbers.
Watch it move
Received, in review, submitted, refunded. Every step shows on your dashboard and lands in your inbox.
How it works
Three steps. We do the boring part.
Step 1: Create an account
Takes a minute. Use the email address your booking confirmations arrive at.
Step 2: Forward the booking email
Send us the airline confirmation for the flight you did not take. We read it and check it has what a refund needs.
Step 3: Say yes, then relax
Tell us what happened, give the go-ahead, and follow the claim from received to refunded on your dashboard.

Straight answers
What can actually come back to me?
The taxes and airport charges the airline only owes when you fly, such as passenger duties and airport fees. The fare itself on a non-refundable ticket usually stays with the airline. What applies depends on the airline, the route and the ticket.
What do I have to send you?
Just the original booking confirmation email for the flight you did not take, forwarded from the email address on your account. Attachments such as e-tickets are welcome but not required.
Who talks to the airline?
We do, on your behalf, once you have confirmed what happened to the flight and given the go-ahead on the claim. You can see where the claim stands at every stage.
How long does it take?
That part is up to the airline. Some reply within days, some take weeks. We update the claim and email you whenever its status changes, so there is nothing to chase.
